TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Non refundable deposits or debit /credit card details are required for ALL reservations.

Deposits can be paid by Credit or Debit card. Cheques must reach the Hotel at least five working days before you are due to arrive and cannot be used for payment once at the hotel.

PAYMENT

This can be made by Cash or Credit/Debit Card.

A Deposit may be paid by Cash, Cheque or Debit/Credit Card.

Full Payment or the balance must be paid in FULL or arrival.

The person making the Booking or the Card Holder is responsible for all costs.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Rooms are available from 1.pm until 10 pm, earlier/ later arrivals may be possible by agreement.

On the day of departure check out is 10.30 am. If staying in Blackpool for the day, luggage may be left at the hotel by agreement.

HOTEL PROPERTY

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for
safe keeping.

One person for each room /booking is required to fill in a registration form on arrival and will
be fully responsible for any damage or costs incurred by any of the persons staying during the entire stay.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.

In the unfortunate event that you soil the bed ,or any other part of the Hotel a minimum charge
of £20.00 will incur for cleaning.
